Extensions, lofts & renovations across Greater Manchester & Cheshire
Services
Layout, services, building work and finish planned together, so your new kitchen works as well as it looks.
Whether you are refitting an existing room or creating a kitchen-diner as part of an extension, the building work underneath decides how well the finished kitchen performs: where the drainage runs, how the extraction vents, where the lighting and sockets fall and how level the floor is.
We coordinate those details around your kitchen design, then handle the plastering, flooring and finishing so the fitted kitchen goes into a room that is ready for it.
Every job follows an agreed programme, so you know what is happening and what is coming next.
We work from your kitchen design, or help you develop one, and plan services and structure around it.
The old kitchen comes out, walls and openings are altered and services are moved to suit the new layout.
First-fix electrics and plumbing, plastering and flooring, so the kitchen fits into a finished room.
Units, worktops and appliances go in, followed by second fix, decoration and handover.

We can coordinate the building work around a kitchen from your chosen supplier and work with their fitters, or arrange installation as part of the job. We will agree who does what in the written scope.
Usually. It depends on where drainage can run and, for an island, how power and water reach it through the floor. We check this early so the design is buildable.
It depends on the scope. We sequence the work to keep the time without a working kitchen as short as possible and talk you through the plan before we start.
We work across these areas. Choose yours for local planning information and what we can do there.
